tastyhouse
So I'm in the process of RMA'ing the components in my corsair link setup. I am RMA'ing the SP120 fans for the PWM fans because they sound awful. I am RMA'in the H100i cooler because the Red and Blue LEDs failed and it only displays green or nothing now. I have a question for corsair support about my GPU node before I RMA that too - I have an SLI setup with GTX 660Ti cards, I have the power from the primary card running into the GPU Node, and have set the Node up correctly via the analog cable that was provided. CorsairLink recognizes the GPU Node (I think) since it comes up as a power device. The problem is that the power device flashes red, but when I change it to a temp device it reads 111.3C. Basically the power node is not reporting the wattage consumed by my video card - any ideas on what a solution is?

Toasted
Have you tried a the previous version of the software? Have you tried creating a new profile/reset the software to defaults? Have you tried a different port on the Cooling Node?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 17, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 17, 2013 And you posted these when we were not open. Our hours are at the top of the forum. Corsair's Technical Support department is currently open. Their hours of operation are M-F, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time). On the GPU Node you will have to change it to power for it to report correctly, it will by default detect as a Temp device as that is where it connects on the cooling node.
