Hi!

I got an email stating that my express rma has been processed and will be shipped in 24h. That was on monday and I still haven't got the tracking code e-mail. Did they forget to send me the tracking info or is it still not shipped?

Kick some butt for me RAM Guy! Thanks in advance.

I am sorry but you will need to call our customer service by phone there is no credit card on file so I dont see how they can process the RMA for you. The Toll free number is listed under 888-222-4346 and I would call them using SKYPE it will be a free call.

I just called the customer support and gave the credit card info and didn't get a confirmation email and the credit card info is still not visible in my ticket at corsair.force.com

Could you check that everything is going smoothly now?
