That was on monday and I still haven't got the tracking code e-mail. Did they forget to send me the tracking info or is it still not shipped? Kick some butt for me RAM Guy! Thanks in advance. If you called and they processed it over the phone then it won't show up under the ticket since they processed it manually. Did they give you a new case ID?
