Ticket # 6022508 unresponded for 3 business weeks

Hello,

 

I ordered the K95 keyboard, M95 mouse, MM400 mat combo using the temporary deal on May 18.

 

May 21 I receive a shipping confirmation, so I am happy.

 

So, I receive the package, sign for it. It's awfully light: I open it, it contains only the MM400 mouse mat with filler air packaging.

 

Fast forward 3 business weeks... still haven't got my K95 keyboard.

 

Meanwhile, the support request ticket I opened on May 22 hasn't even been responded to....

 

Needless to say, I spent 300 dollar on the Corsair webshop and I'm not exactly happy that I've still not received my products after almost a month!

I am sorry but the Mouse was shipped and so was the Mouse Mat the Keyboard was on back order and the system swill send you auto notifications, please check your spam folder.

Typing this on a K95 with NA keyboard layout now!

Still getting used to it, but so far I'm really liking it!

 

The per-profile lighting configuration is a really neat idea, didn't even know it had that :-)
