justinkb Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 Hello, I ordered the K95 keyboard, M95 mouse, MM400 mat combo using the temporary deal on May 18. May 21 I receive a shipping confirmation, so I am happy. So, I receive the package, sign for it. It's awfully light: I open it, it contains only the MM400 mouse mat with filler air packaging. Fast forward 3 business weeks... still haven't got my K95 keyboard. Meanwhile, the support request ticket I opened on May 22 hasn't even been responded to.... Needless to say, I spent 300 dollar on the Corsair webshop and I'm not exactly happy that I've still not received my products after almost a month! Still getting used to it, but so far I'm really liking it!
