Ax850 problem customs

Hi, I'm following my shipment UPS and figure I received. I called UPS and was told it was delayed at customs at the airport. I live about 100 miles from the airport.

From UPS told me that I have to go personally and I will have to pay the costs of the Customs and storage.

Between fuel, tolls and customs duties, plus shipping from my psu, I get cheaper to buy a new one.

What should I do? In UPS told me that if they pass a few days back to Corsair PSU.

I am sorry but it would be best for you to call our customer service using SKYPE and call the toll free number listed under 888-222-4346.

I have sent them a message for you but that is all I can do from the forum, sorry!

Yes they will normally be able to get the paper work straightened out with UPS in a day or so so it is delivered, but as I also stated previously it would be best for you to call our customer service directly and speak with them so there is no misunderstanding or Guessing.... I gave instructions on how to do that for free from anywhere.

Hi .. please i need an update. A week ago I have no news regarding my replacement. I already sent my psu to you. 15 days ago stating the problem and Corsair anyone give me a solution! I have not psu in my pc and I have unused and use to work, I think I was patient enough.
