No response on ticket

I haven't gotten a response on ticket #6033043 which I posted Wednesday night, could you please answer it?. Also I have a question regarding to RMA policies; Could you exchange an RMA'd item for another? In my case I have absolutely no use for my 1500 headset because of the high pitched mic whine it emits when in a program that uses the mic, such as Skype. I RMA'd it before and it came back with the same problem, I don't want another one, I want it gone/replaced with something like a k65. Also one thing to note I had these (m90 and 1500) for almost a year now. The 1500 has been sitting under my bed in the box for almost 10 months now. My m90 I used on and off and now it no longer functions properly with my recently built computer. So far I have gotten 3 corsair peripherals, k60-RMA'd, 1500-RMA'd-still has problem, M90-No longer working properly. With an experience like this I'm afraid if I was to get an exchange to a k65 it would blow up on arrival!

My ticket has been responded to and I was told to take pictures of the sales receipt (which I did) and wait 2 business days (which I did) and I have not gotten anything back. I would like to send out my stuff and get a refund before the weekend so could you look into it again?
