qpc
First of all, sorry for my bad English, i am from the Netherlands. Since 2 days I have a new motherboard, Gigabyte Z87X-UD4H and now my Voyager GT doesn't work anymore, at least NOT on the USB 3.0 ports. I use a Dutch Windows 8 Pro version and the message i get is something like this (translated) : "This USB-device isn't recognised. The last USB device that you connected, caused a problem, Windows doesn't recognise it anymore" When i put the stick in a 2.0 port, it works. I even inserted a NEC USB 3.0 expension card (Renesas chip), but on this ports i get the same error. I have updated the drivers for the motherboard and also for the expansion card, but the problem stays the same. My external harddrive (also USB 3.0) works like it should on all the USB 3.0 ports, so there is nothing wrong with the ports. This is the fourth time i have problems with Corsair flash drives :mad::mad:
Svarog
Looks like you have a similar as me. Transfering files to my Flash Voyager USB 3.0 causes it to disappear. Transfering FROM the Flash Drive works fine. And it works just fine in USB 2.0 Ports. I use a Gigabyte Z87X-OC.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 14, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 14, 2013 There should be a driver update from NEC for that MB USB 3.0 controller they will either help or solve this issue. Please check for the latest drivers for the USB controller on your MB.
