HadesGTR
Hi all, as stated in the RMA #6011429, I asked for an RMA for my H100i since 2 of the 3 RGB LEDs stopped working. Got it back from RMA, everything fine, till I turned on my PC today. LEDs don't light up, Corsair Link 2 (updated to the last beta version) doesn't recognize the unit, I changed header, uninstalled and deleted profiles, reinstalled the previous version, reinstalled the same version, nothing seems to work right now, I can't stay without cooler in these days since I work with my PC and don't have any other heatsink, is there anything you can do? Synthohol
if just the lights are bonkers the cooler should still function normally. you can ask for an advanced RMA so you will have no downtime. also i dont think you will be required to pay for shipping either if your last RMA was recent. best to call them to make the arrangements. HadesGTR
Thanks for your reply, I'll give a try calling the Tech Support as soon as it goes online, here it's 1:52 PM, Italy timezone, while there it's 6:52 AM. Quite annoyed by this cooler: great performance, for sure, but does it worth all I've been going through?

HadesGTR
Great thing: I turned on my PC few minutes ago, and the pump started to rattle. This friggin noise is unbearable, the third H100i with problems, DAMN!
Synthohol
is it getting enough power? just asking because lower voltage can cause that too.
HadesGTR
The pump is @ 2200 RPM, so I think it's getting enough power...

Thanks for your huge patience with me, Synth, I just get pissed off so easily, but this time it was totally unexpected. Two days operating and then a pump rattling that f**ks everything, I'm tired to call the RMA and to see my PC turned off and all these things, I WORK with my PC, and I'm not getting what I paid for my H100i, and i can't ask for a refund since it's been various months since I got it... Bryman
i know how you feel i got mine rmaed and luckily this is just a small small small issue but about 1 out of 2 times when i boot my computer the pump will start at 1200 rpm and go down to 500 rpm in about 30 seconds then bump up to 2200...it just makes this static noise which is kinda annoying...still beats my other one where i couldnt control the unit though... HadesGTR
It's not static noise from low pump speed, it's @ max speed AND it rattles...it's continuous, I had a silent PC before this H100i started to make this annoying sound...seriously, I really had a HUGE confidence in the Corsair Product Quality, but this is the THIRD H100i that gives me problems, and now I have to stay without a PC since if I need an advanced RMA I have to give out some cash THAT NOW I ACTUALLY NEED -.-

HadesGTR
Can't anyone help me?
peanutz94
Hades, I'm sorry , but you would need to contact CS about this. There is no access to that system from tech support. BTW, They would not actually charge your card for the advanced replacement. It only gets charged if you fail to return your unit in the correct amount of time. They should have also picked up the shipping costs as well.
HadesGTR
Nop, second RMA = shipping costs paid by Corsair, they are holding 100€ on my CC at the moment, they charged me, and the cooler was successfully given back, checked by tracking code I received from UPS. Toasted
Contact customer service via phone tell them that they have charged your CC and the UPS says its delivered. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number (listed on the website).
