The next day I got a response and they told me they we're going to send me two new 4 pins fans. I asked if they needed any more information from me and they said: Dear Valued Customer, We will be sending you the 4 pin PWM fans. As long as we have your address, you will get them. So I waited for two months and I still did not recieve the fans. So I posted a comment on the ticket asking if they knew when they would be here and if I could check that my self. No response half a month and a month later I asked the same question again but still no response or sight of the fans. Could you tell me if they we're sent and when you they should get here?
