So I re started it and all the devices appeared down the left hand side and It took me about an hour to get them working what could be causing this thanks
Toasted
Sounds like all it needed was a service restart as there were no values. As for the devices reappearing on the left hand side did you create a new profile or no profile was selected.
madmecca1975
Tried the service re start in the last tab that did nothing so I shut down the software without saving reopened it and still no values . Also when I look on the devices on the last tab the h100i and and ax1200i have vanished then close and reopen they come back. As for the devices on the left side of program are appearing on my profile which I have had for a while now so deleted my profile and did new one. But still took a bit to get l.e.d to work. I think I have seen this kind of thing in the forum before and I think it was due to pc going into sleep state. But as I have a SSD hybernate is switched off. wytnyt
are you using the most current software?
Nytrixx
I had this just happen to me as well, H80i Link2 Software just didn't see the pump nor the two fans .... I was able to fix it by 1 Removing all profiles 2 Uninstall the software 3 Shutdown 4 Unplug the USB from the motherboard. 5 Restart it (with it un-plugged) 6 Shutdown and plug in the USB back in 7 Restart and reinstall software. Fixed it.
wytnyt
its essential that a complete uninstall is done first of course and having other programs running can interfere with installation[happened to me] also its really a good idea to remove any unneeded external devices [flash drives ect] when installing. madmecca1975
Version 2.3.4816 and firmware 1.0.4 never updated firmware as not had problem with noisey fans and as ram guy says if there is no problem with it don't update. Only thing that I use is afterburner and never had problem with them both running.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 11, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 11, 2013 I would suggest you remove any saved profiles and reset to default and then uninstall that version and install the latest and then update the firmware for the cooler to F/W 1.05 or 1.07. wemdee
If you want to make sure the profiles are gone, they are under %appdata%/corsair ( start run %appdata% enter )
