camalbitboy
I'd recommend unplugging all the psu conectors and make sure that then good order. I recently had similar symptoms on the same PSU and discovered that the main power cable to the board had melted. It is also a good idea to check on what your voltages are in the BIOS and if your mobo has voltage check points to dig out a multimeter and check what is really going through it. Of course this issue may not be PSU related, could equally be GPU, memory, mobo or even CPU.....

peanutz94
Unfortunatly event ID41 is just a generic error message and could be caused by any number of software/hardware issues other than the PSU. I believe in this case your only option is to go ahead and RMA the PSU or borrow one to test in your system to try and narrow this down. I would just hate to see you go through an RMA if it's not the issue. It could even be a windows issue too! What do your voltages look like? 12,5v,3.3v
