Vengance 1100 - Bad cable connection on headset

So I bought this headset sometime last year, I don't think I have the receipt on hand (I might be able to find it, not sure) and after a bit of use I'm having a loose connection where the headset meets the cable.


I was gonna see about looking to RMAing but the database seems to be offline.


What's the best option? Personally it looks like this product is discontinued and hasn't been out (according to Amazon) for 2 years.
