Prismatic Posted June 8, 2013 Share Posted June 8, 2013 So I bought this headset sometime last year, I don't think I have the receipt on hand (I might be able to find it, not sure) and after a bit of use I'm having a loose connection where the headset meets the cable. I was gonna see about looking to RMAing but the database seems to be offline. What's the best option?
