Ticket 6033914 - No Reply!

I am sorry but it has not been 8 hours our time however I have changed it to a RMA rather than a part request and approved it.

 

Thank You RAM GUY. I guess you are right, since my timezone is different i made a terrible mistake. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and thank you very much for changing it to RMA rather than part request.
