D-an-W Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 Hi folks, my H80i has been installed for three weeks today and this morning instead of white the logo was stuck on red. I have tried the sliders in Corsair Link v2.4.4948 and only the red slider has any effect on colour or brightness. With the red slider at 0 there is no output from the logo regardless of where the other two sliders were. As I am in the UK will this have to go back to the UK based supplier or do Corsair take care of things (Arrange for it collecting etc?)? wytnyt Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 check to see how you have your profile set up,many times a change will affect things. and if necessary you can request a advanced rma,where they send new unit first,doing that requires a c.c and you must call to do that.you can use Skype for a free call. I live in Ireland so to be honest it is to big hassle for me to get replacement from US. It shouldn't be like this.... At least cooler still is doing his job. EDIT: Following advice given to others with the same problem by Ram Guy I have updated the firmware to 1.07 but sadly the fault is still exactly the same. Send it back to the place you bought it from and ask for a refund or replacement.
