RMA issues -- "Enter a product number"

Im trying to set up an RMA for my Corsair 1500 gaming headset but your process is very difficult. I went to the webpage and attempted to enter the data, but it gave me an error saying “Please select product Model” – but I did and it wont take it. There is no drop down, just a blank and no matter what I type in I cant get it to work. On top of that I cant chat with an agent either for the same reason.

 

Here’s my issue:

I bought a pair of corsair 1500 headphones in Feb (less than 4 months old) from amazon and i absolutely love them. Only problem is that the right headset seems to have come loose and fallen off. There is a metal part right above where it swivels and it looks like it has screws holding it together, but it looks like it was actually glued and came apart so that the swivel part came out leaving the headphone dangling by a cord.

 

Can you help me get this done? I am missing my corsair headphones!

Thats the problem. The RMA site isnt working. I log in and it wont let me enter a product model number. No matter what i put in there it wont take it.

 

Ive used multiple browsers and cleared the cache and it still wont work.
