Hi,

I ask for RMA for my H100 cooler ( no light and no fan control anymore) and i have a fast answer (approuved RMA), but in standard replacement. But i need my computer for work. So i ask for an express replacement in comment ( monday) but I still have no answer. Is it possible to have an express replacement ?

Thank you for your help.

P.S: sorry for my bad English ;):

Hi,

I've just received my new unit in express replacement, an h100i, thanks corsair for the upgrade, really looks better than H100 :).

No problem to install it, all seems to be fine but i have a pump noise at first start (not the fans, my unit was in FW 1.0.5 with 4 pins fans).

I think it isn't big deal and i stop and restart my computer, and all is ok. Corsair link work perfectly, pump is at 2200 rpm. Seems to be good.

The problem is that i need to start my computer twice every time !!!

On cold boot (after 30 sec off) pump rpm (in bios) are at 1800 rpm an it's decrease at 600 rpm in a noisy air bubbles sound... Then, if i stop and restart my computer before 30 sec, everything is ok...

I try a lots of solutions, computer on the side for 3 hours (almost work, pump stay at 2000 rpm without noise), little tap on pump, firmware reset, without usb, without fan, alone on Sata...

I'm really disapointed, don't tell me to rma this unit too, please, I'm so tired... ( and return cost me 25€ :/)

Please help me :)

I did several boot, maybe i have to let the unit run for longer time...

Hi,

The pump noise is still here... I need to start my computer twice, or softly tapping the pump at each start, I'm pretty sure that's an air bubble issue, but it doesn't want to go away.

Do i need to wait more time ? Is there any chance this problem go away by itself ?

What should i do ?

Thanks for your answer :-).

that is really weird i have the same problem it starts at around 1200 (dont know exactly but thats after about 5-7 seconds after pressing power button) and goes down to 500-600 then goes up to 2200...i dont know what to tell you :(

so you said the rpm is starting slow then automatically goes back up or you have to tap it for it to do that?

Hello guys,

Yes, I have to tap to make it work... I try to wait for 5 min but pump stay @600 rpm and fans speed increase.

So, I have to RMA it, again, call the toll free number with my ridiculous french accent

Thanks
