harry botter
How do I request an RMA? The ctrl and windows keys have stopped working and I am not sure if it is still covered under warranty or not. Could someone please help.
nelodiavolo
There is a RMA Request link on the left of this forum. The bottom of the Important Links box.
Toasted
Try reflashing the firmware and plug the K90 into a different computer and see if the problem is still there. If it is. Yes, request an RMA to replace it and post your ticket number here.
harry botter
When I try to register for RMA, I get this error. Also I should have noted that I did the flashing of the firmware and other workarounds as well as trying it on a different computer. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y234/bacardibarron/Untitled1_zpse20769e2.jpg
Toasted
Post the error code here. So someone at Corsair may be able to find out whats causing it.

harry botter
I had to spend a while in the hospital. Due to a previous surgery. So it may be a while before I can send off my K90 now. Is there a time limit on how long I have to send it in?
Toasted
The ticket will last up to 90 days i think. No, there isn't a time lime on how long you send it in. As long as the warranty isn't expired it should be fine.
