I had inquired about "Corsair Product: CC800D-USBDOOR" as the emailed verification I received from Corsair indicated. The item was supposed to have been a usb door for an obsidian 800D. I received instead a sata data cable and a sata power cable. Is it the case that I cannot get that specific part? Do I need to get the entire front cover or something? boukmandutty Posted June 8, 2013 Author Share Posted June 8, 2013 I really dont mind paying for the parts, but the entire front panel man? That would mean discarding an already mostly fine front panel for one small defective usb door. What would make it sting even more would be that I had a new hot swap door delivered today along with some other parts from the online store. The case looks spanking new again (except for the usb door). I think I will just go "ghetto" for as long as my OCD tolerates and either remove the usb door completely or let it continue to hang to one side. Thanks for the help.
