Ticket #6025158 13days no response

I would like to start an RMA for my broken watercooler, but my ticket(s) are not being processed.


The first ticket I made on May 25th, added a comment on June 2nd (6025158).


Second ticket with same problem created on June 4th (6031840).


I really need a replacement for my broken cooling!
