OscarNave Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 My Corsair H60 just died. From one day to another it stooped working, I was having 80º temperatures so I knew that something was wrong. I checked the cooler and it just died, doesn't work. I tested it in another motherboard and psu and nothing. It died. It doesn't even make his particular sound if you understand. I have already sent a message to corsair.secure.force.com, it took 5 days to someone answer by asking about my problem (that i've already explained) and now nobody answers from about 4 days. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 6, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 6, 2013 I am sorry about that but it looks like you closed the ticket on the 31st of may most likely by accident and we do not see them when they are closed. I have changed it to an RMA and approved it so you should get an email with directions on how to return the cooler and fan so it can be replaced.
