areudon Posted June 5, 2013 Share Posted June 5, 2013 I've waited 8 business hours, but I've gotten no reply to it, and I'm wondering if the request got lost, or they have too many requests. The main issue if its not possible to see is my Vengeance 1500 headset has the right side not working, and the cable above the volume control (Above the minus sign) seems to be loose, or something. I can move the cable around a little bit and the sound comes back, but generally it doesn't work like it used to. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
