dmata
My left click button seems to be always on as if I were clicking on it. I installed the drivers before updating the firmware, after that it worked fine until i turned off and on my computer again, then this problem started. I tried it on another computer and have the same problem. Unless this is a hardware issue, what could be wrong? and even if it is, is there any way to fix it? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 5, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 5, 2013 If it happened on a different system, there may be a defect with the switch and we can replace it for you. Put in a RMA request and let me know your case number.
dmata
so you think it's just a coincidence the problem started just after i installed the drivers? it had been working fine for 2 months. I bought the mouse on a trip to the US so it'd probably be easier to just buy another next time than go through the RMA. Is there any way I could open it and check the switch to see if it's stuck or something?
Toasted
If possible, see if you can reflash the firmware for the mouse. Disassembling the mouse will void the warranty.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 6, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 6, 2013 Your warranty still applies even if you bought it in the US and went back home. We have three locations you can ship to depending on where you're at.
