kangster Posted June 5, 2013 Share Posted June 5, 2013 Hi, my ticket (#6028765) has been open since Friday may 31st (3:28 PM EST). My Corsair 650D's front dust filter fan door won't close properly due to a missing clip (there are pictures in the ticket) that causes the right corner to stick out. kangster Posted June 14, 2013 Author Share Posted June 14, 2013 Would it be possible to do an advanced RMA instead of me shipping the item first? The tower is on top of my desk and with the front filter missing for RMA, the fan noise will be quite annoying to hear. I would buy the replacement 600T front filter (7.99) if the shipping (18.99$) didn't cost almost three times more than the part itself... Thanks!
