hey guys, sent a RMA yesterday. as this is the only cooler i have i am without pc, which i need for work. also i triple checked and couldn't find the part number for the H50 with the LGA775 bracket so i selected the only one available. hope this wont be an issue. unless the bracket i already have can be re-used for it if one is not available. many thanks John constable.

I have approved the RMA and changed the part number to the correct part for you and you should get an email stating as much. I would maybe suggest calling our customer servcie and give them the RMA/Ticket number and request an express RMA where you put up a credit card and we can send the replacement right away to limit your down time. You can call the toll free number listed under 888-222-4346 and choose the option for Customer Service.

Do you know how long it takes for parcels to be sent to England - south east? I rushed the phone call while making payment and didnt stay on the line long enough to ask. thought maybe 2 weeks? oh yeah i paid for express RMA, dont know if its any quicker that way.

Hi my Express RMA i paid for turned up today and it has the wrong cpu socket mounts. corsair upgraded me to the H60 as they said they discontinued the H50. i brought up my issues about the H60 not having LGA775 socket but she assured me that it would be compatible. any help with this would be great. as i now have 2 corsair water coolers. neither of which i can use. I'm hoping they can just send me the mounting bracket for the rear and front of the motherboard instead of me sending the whole cooler back. many thanks.

You will have to submit an RMA and request part#CW-8960002 to be compatible with the LGA775 CPU Socket and your cooler will have to have the screws to hold the mounting tabs on the cooler if you have the magnetic mount plate I am sorry we would not have any cooler that is compatible with LGA 775.

well. The bracket turned up and it was the AMD bracket not the one for Intel LGA775. Surely if they don't make them for LGA775 anymore then they should just say, rather than just sending out the wrong items. I've spent over an hour in phone calls trying to get this right and both times they have assured me that i am receiving the correct part. If they no longer make coolers for LGA775 then do they not have to credit me to the value of my cooler?? any help with this would be great as every time i phone customer service they don't seem to have a clue what i am asking for.

Yes and that was the part I sent to you previously but you had spoke to someone on the phone and changed the request to something else and I have asked our Customer Service to send the parts to you ASAP.
