Hi

 

I requested a RMA for my corsair link commander at 5/30/2013.

Only receive automated mail the same day.

Am i to impatient? :o:

I am not so familiar with the RMA process from Corsair.

can i get a update.

You submitted an accessory part request is why it was not processed. I have change the ticket to type to RMA and approved the request.

But before you send the kit go to Programs and features and uninstall the C-Link software and the Corsair USB driver then restart the system and install Corsair Link software version 2.1.1. and see if it detects the Commander. And try and update the firmware to Version 2.06

Let me know how it proceeds from here and I will tell you what to do next depending on what happens. Note if you are running Windows 8 you will have to install it in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
