Suggestions on limited mobo USB plug in

I decided to upgrade as I purchased a Corsair Link Cooling Kit which takes up one of my 2 USB 2.0 mobo port. I also upgraded from an older H80 to an H80i and a new PSU AX760i. So if I count correctly, I don't see how I am going to plug everything in if I only have 2 USB ports on the mobo???

My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H, with 32GB Corsair Dominator RAM, Intel i7-3770 CPU and a Gigabyte 7850 HD Radeon, 2 SSD's and 1 Western Digital 1TB Cavier Black and an ASUS DVDCD/RW and ASUS Blue Ray Drive.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated before the H80i arrives later today.

Thanks Pure3.0!!! I saw this at another site but it didn't have any info describing what it does and was where you could buy a internal USB cord to connect the HD Audio, etc., so I passed right by it and as you indicated, it is exactly what I need. Though I am a little surprised Corsair hasn't bought or built something like it and sold it under the Corsair name or at least direct people to it, as with the PSU, CPU Cooling and the Corsair Cooling/Lighting Kit's need something like this!!

So thank you again for directing me to this and now I can't wait to get it!!!

Cordially,

Ken

Hello xusnflyer,

If you have the H80i and the AX760i, you only need to use one USB header. With one of the corsair data link cable that is provided with the PSU, you can actually piggy it off from the cooler and it will still work.

I opted for the IU01 (actually 2 of them) as I have a wifi/BT PCI card with antenna's that screw on and didn't want to lose that, as it acted a little weird plugged into the IU01, so I piggy backed the IU01's and then I could use 1 of the 2 USB ports for the card and everything works great. Thanks to all that offered help and I understand the piggy back off of the PSU and H80i, but still wanted the Corsair Link with Cooling Nodes.

Thanks again to all!!!

Ken
