roy645
Greetings. Recently I decided to bite the bullet and order some Vengeance 1500's. Upon further inspection, it seems a multitude of people seem to be playing Battlefield 3 with this headset, only to have the audio channels switch, as well as revert back at random intervals. Sources can be provided upon request from other websites. The search function brings a few lengthy threads up as well concerning this issue. The only thing I have NOT been able to find, after searching high and low, is a solution. This does not make me happy and I will definitely return my headset promptly as this is one of the games I will be using the majority of my headset time with. So, are their any solutions? Granted, I have not even received the product yet, and I will update when I do, but I wanted to see if Corsair has even looked into trying to fix this after seeing many many complaints. Regards, Roy
shankly1985
Try installing this Driver, its for both the 2000 & 1500 headset. I haven't had the audio switch speakers in a long time, I take it you using driver 1.1 http://www.corsair.com/en/media/cms/...iver-2_0_7.zip know issue with this release Audio is much louder, 50% is like 100% on driver 1.1 this will be fixed in the next release. Because of this higher sound bass sometimes can sound abit off, so dont go having the headset full whack 100% Make sure to fully remove old driver before install. roy645
Oh, so they fixed this issue with this driver update? Sweet! I should be getting my headset tomorrow and I'll just go ahead and install these drivers instead. I find it odd though that the downloads page for the actual product is version 1.1.1 -_- Thanks guys!
