Newt182 Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 So my red LED wasn't working properly when I received my cooler and the LED was very dim. Then last night it decided to work and it was very bright, but then later it would just start turning off completely after a few minutes of turning it on. Luckily I bought it from Amazon UK and I saw that you can return items that are faulty to Amazon for free, if you drop it off at one of their collection points, and they will ship you a new one immediately without having to have received the faulty product back first. So here's hoping that the new one will be fault free :biggrin: So if you have a faulty cooler, or anything else for that matter, and have bought from Amazon, send it back to them instead of RMA'ing it.
