partogi
I can adjust the fan speed through CorsairLink and have updated the firmware to 1.0.7 but sadly no matter what color I set on the LED there is no light coming from the block, not even red, green, or blue. What could be the culprit here? Is there a particular cable that enables the LED that I am missing?
Newt182
Delete this folder %appdata%\corsair That folder contains your old profile and I don't think it is compatible now that you have upgraded the firmware.
partogi
I have deleted that but still no luck. The problem happened even before updating the firmware.

Toasted
Are you using the beta software? If yes, have you tried an older version of the software?
partogi
Toasted, I have tried both beta and latest stable version. Still same.
Toasted
Reflash the firmware and see if that helps. Note: Make sure its connected via a USB cable instead of the Commander Unit (If you have a LINK Kit)
thewaltonn
I'M having the same problem, except only my red LED works. I sent an RMA request and no response from corsair has been given to me.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 26, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 26, 2013 I'M having the same problem, except only my red LED works. I sent an RMA request and no response from corsair has been given to me. Hello thewaltonn, What is your RMA #?
Zoyadog
Im having the same problem, first my green-led stopped working(maybe 5 months ago), but i could still use the blue color i wanted. Yesterday the blue-led stopped working and now i can only use the red one. I sent a RMA request and they want me to return my H80i. I don't really feel like being without cooling for a long time just because of an LED-lamp error, and I dont really feel like having a new one. I want my money back :( (and yes i have tried every single FW/update thing)
peanutz94
Zoyadog, please use the link on the left to request an RMA, and then on monday you can call CS and ask about an advanced replacement. They will send you a new unit before you need to send the old one back. I dont really feel like having a new one. I want my money back :( (and yes i have tried every single FW/update thing) Unless you purchased it directly from the Corsair website you would need to take that up with your reseller or place of purchase. They will only RMA a unit that was not bought directly from them.
Zoyadog
I bought it from http://www.Komplett.se can I return it to them and get a new one/money back? after 7 months?
peanutz94
I am sorry, but that is the way it works. I don't know of any place that will refund money after 7months. If you are that unhappy with it, RMA it and sell it.
