NTCosa
Well.. title says it all. Power button, and reset button work.. HDD LED works.. but USB 3.0 does not function correctly. 2 x 3.0 ports.. port on right is okay, and it works, but you can tell it is jammed around and not correctly installed. Port on the left is completely dysfunctional. Does not work at all, and even looks out of place. This is a brand new case, I just opened it and built my desktop today. My question is this.. I submitted a request for help with Tech Ex, but the only "shipping" option I had was "accessory" and it would not allow me to select Standard or Express delivery methods.. This part is broken, I don't need an accessory, I need a replacement. I have a Ticket open. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 3, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 3, 2013 You just submitted this case on Saturday please see the top of the forum for our hours. I have processed your request and you will get an email as soon as the order is pulled and packed to be shipped.
NTCosa
I understand your hours, and am aware of them. I was not concerned with the hours, or response, or having a reply by a certain time. I was simply stating there was no option to have a replacement part sent to me, it only allowed me to select accessory. Was simply posting to be sure that was the correct avenue because I was not sure.
NTCosa
I got an e-mail regarding the shipping confirmation, but never received another reply with a shipping confirmation. I logged in to support center, and noticed a return label link. Sorry, but I need my desktop for work. I cannot just remove the entire I/O panel and ship it, wait 5 days to be approved, then wait longer to get it back. Any way to send the I/O panel prior to return shipment? Also, the support form I filled out had nothing to leave my address on. Like I said, it didn't give me a shipping option. How can the replacement be packed and shipped without a delivery address? How can I get this information to Corsair?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 5, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 5, 2013 No you do not need to send anything back, sorry about that some of the auto notifications have not been totally refined yet. But the order is being processed and once it has been packed you will get another email with the tracking number.
