I've raised an RMA for my SP2200 speakers (excess static from left speaker). I've just returned from the post office where they quoted me at least £36 to return (ship to Holland from the UK).

 

I'm a bit puzzled as I'm sure the speakers are not even worth that. Any recommendations as basically I'm not prepared to pay that.

Made a bit of progress - this is Corsair's reply:

 

We can provide a call tag for the return of your speakers. UPS will be collecting your unit from your location within 2-3 business days. Please note that since the SP2200 is now obsolete, we offer a $50 upgrade path to the SP2500. Please give us a call at 1-888-222-4346 ext 0 to process your replacement at your earliest convenience.

 

Unfortunatley their offices are now closed for the weekend so I'm unable to contact them. Has anyone had any experience of UPS collecting there parcel i.e. do they collect from a local depot or from your house?
