Today I realized that the part number was wrong so they cancel both ticket and create a new one with the correct and I generated a new position in lat credit card. By canceling the ticket is canceled card authorizations, no? I already sent my product and put the tracking number as a comment in the new ticket. - Okay what I did? Thanks Ramguy! I'm hoping that I update the new ticket with the correct part number. You can see if it was done sending? It may be done today to save time by weekend? Thank you!
