Ticket #6025837 No responses

Hello,

I put in a ticket on the 26th regarding pump noise with my h60 requesting advance RMA but 4 days later here no response has been given. Just wondering if I failed to include necessary information or details. Normally I'd just wait a while longer but this is driving me crazy.
