Waiting for a Mousepad Replacement

I have sent back two M65 because of the feet wearing down inside of two weeks, corsair said they would send a replacement mouse mat as this would likely solve the problem.

 

Its been over two weeks now and no mouse mat has arrived, my comments on the ticket are being ignored. I have a week old M95 still sitting in its box waiting for a new mouse mat to come. This is annoying as waiting for this mouse mat to arrive is eating into the time I have to send the M95 back to the retailer should I have the same problem or another one.

 

On another note, is the M95 scroll wheel meant to be looser than the M65? It seems to spin with a lot less resistance than the M65, and a lot faster.
