Corsair Link Cable Replacement AX860i

I recently purchased an AX860i PSU, but when unboxing one of the cables, i noticed that one wire is lift off on psu side comm port connector. I dont want sent all psu to the service. Without the PSU I cannot use the pc so I would be happy if I just get a working cable. I make a ticket to the techical service, but still I have not received a reply. Ticket number is #6026137.

Jyst wait for them to replay and let them know you need just the USB dongle. there would be no need to send in the entire PSU.

 

You could also simply exchange it at the place of purchase since you just bought it. It may be faster than going through an RMA.

Thanks for the tip, i specify one thing, fault is not usb dongle cable but fault is "corsair link digital interface cable", as shown in added figure notices. I was in contact with dealers, and they want to send all psu for them...I think the cable replacement is the least painful option.

I received today in the mail you send to your cable, the cable is completely right, what had to be. Thank you very much to you:biggrin:.
