Cannot Print Rebate Form

Recommended Posts

Hello there. I ordered a stick of RAM from newegg.com and submitted my rebate. But I closed the page by mistake, and as a result I'm unable to gain access to the rebate form, and I'm not aware of where to mail it to either. My item hasn't arrived yet as of the time of this post, but I decided to fill out the form before I obtained the original UPC code. What can I do to ensure I get my rebate? Just in case, here's the item I ordered, and the part number is CM13-24.

I didn't find anything that linked to my problem within the rebate questions. Could you or someone else give me specific advice and how I can get a copy of the rebate form? And I also have one more question: if I send my rebate information to corsair one day before the expiration date, and it arrives after that, will my rebate still be valid?

1. The page you linked to has a link to the rebate informational PDF under the Add to Cart button.

2. NewEgg also has a rebate center where you can find rebates and rebate informational PDFs: http://www.newegg.com/Special/Rebate.aspx?name=Rebate-Center

3. The NewEgg rebate informational PDF tells you to go to https://www.corsairrebates.com/promocenter/corsair/ and enter in the promotion number CM13-241.

4. As for the timeframe, you'd have to read the information on the actual rebate form.

1. Purchase select Corsair products between May 01, 2013 and May 31, 2013 at Newegg.com or Newegg.ca.

Which I did.

2. Go to http://www.CorsairRebates.com and enter the promotion number.

Which I did.

3. Fill out and print the pre-registration form for this promotion.

Yes, I filled it out, and submitted it, but I haven't printed it. I need a copy of the pre-registration form to print, so I can send it to corsair to claim my rebate.

4. Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC code located on the back side of the paper insert or product packaging.

Which I haven't done, I'm expecting my package today. But I can't do this without a printed copy of the pre-registration form.

5. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip dated between May 01, 2013 and May 31, 2013 indicating your purchase at Newegg.com or Newegg.ca.

Which I haven't yet done.

6. Mail all of these items to the address noted on the pre-registration form. Submission must be postmarked within 21 days of purchase in order to qualify. Do NOT use this form for submittal as it is for instructions and information only.

Which I also haven't done. Oh yeah, and I don't have a copy of the pre-registration form.

I'm just asking for a copy of the pre-registration form (which I failed to print) from corsair possibly.
