iWingers Posted May 29, 2013 Share Posted May 29, 2013 I just received my items today, yet I'm missing the main one; my Professionally individually sleeved DC Cable Kit, Type 3 (Generation 2), WHITE. I called UPS, and they said the package they were shipping only weighed 0.3KG, so doubt it was on their end. I was also told I had one package delivered today when it was two, and I noticed my second (I had ordered 3 items) didn't have a tracking number on it, and was just added on to the first delivery. What can I do now, and what can you do to help me on this? I'm quite upset as I've had to take a day off of work to be at home to collect them and now it's been wasted. Thanks Technobeard :) Turns out all my packaged had different tracking numbers, but I was only supplied with one tracking number for all of them. Bit weird how they did two in one delivery and scheduled another for tomorrow.
