K90 Returns charges.

Hi,

Today I received my brand new K90 (from scan.co.uk), only to find that the backlight for the V key isn't working. I looked into making an RMA but I wanted to find out whether I would have to pay the shipping fee for a faulty product? I imagine it'll be pretty expensive, since its a large product.

 

If so, where would I be shipping the product to? I'm located in the UK.

Please use the link on the left and request an RMA once you have the RMA started you can call our customer service using SPYPE. Just call the Toll free number listed under http://www.corsair.com/us/company/contact/ and using SKYPE the call will be 100% free.

Just let our customer service know you just got it less than thirty days ago and ask for help with the shipping.

Good News and thank you for letting me know, please let me know if you have any more questions, and just a suggestion but I would just call them when they told you the part would be available. We sometimes get over whelmed. :D:
