dracoda Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Hi, Today I received my brand new K90 (from scan.co.uk), only to find that the backlight for the V key isn't working. I looked into making an RMA but I wanted to find out whether I would have to pay the shipping fee for a faulty product? I imagine it'll be pretty expensive, since its a large product. Just call the Toll free number listed under http://www.corsair.com/us/company/contact/ and using SKYPE the call will be 100% free.
