ArjenP
Hi, Today I was just browsing a bit and all of a sudden my mouse sensor stopped working. Buttons, scroll etc. all work fine, just nothing happens if I move it. Tested it in two different pc's with the same problem as a result. I also cleaned the sensor to make sure there wasn't any dust in it. Did it just break without a reason or is there an explenation for this? Thx Arjen Edit: I also tried to update the firmware and it flashed just fine. Sensor still not working though.
ArjenP
This is very weird. Yesterday evening the mouse started working a little. It did work on my desk (didn't track very well) but not on my mousepad. This morning I tried it again and its fully working. No clue what has caused it and if it will keep working now, but for now its solved.
Toasted
Adjust the lift height and see if that helps.

ArjenP
And it stopped working again. I guess I will be rma'ing this mouse. The mouse fully worked again but after about 6 hours of being idle it started to skip parts. From that point on the tracking went worse an worse until eventually it didnt work at all anymore. I guess it will be working again after a few hours now. Hope it will do the same when I rma it:S

Toasted
Request an RMA to replace the mouse. RMAs are worldwide.
