H90

I have been trying to find a Fan for the H 90 as my computer was pre built and they left the Original Cooler Master 140 mm behind the H 90 radiator.

The specs are no where near the same and they will not send me the one I should have received.

Is there any way to get the Corsair 140 mm fan that i should have received or a substitute that has near equal specs. I was also considering if I do find the correct fan of going to push pull with this system.

I have been to the corsair site and there are no 140 mm fans listed in the parts section for these. Only the 120 mm fro the h 100 and below systems.

Help please.

The blade design looks like they're just higher rpm AF 140 basically. I'd go with some push/pull af140 fan if you like quiet or some bitfenix spectre pro 140 (I have 5 in my case) which have 1.5mm/h2o at slightly higher speed than the af140 fan. To bad there are no sp140.

I have seen a couple of swiftec fans the new one is a 140 mm.

Seems to be rated around where I would need. I would just like to get an original I guess its just sore point with me that they didnt include the fan I paid for.

Also isn't the one that comes with the h90 a pwm fan. Yes i looked at the silverstone and if it had been a 140mm mount i would have just bought one.

Well Just found this on another site.

I know our fans we sourced from PowerLogic because they had a higher torque motor. We currently do not have an SP140 design.

Quoted from corsair george from his post on overclock.net

Possibly one of these

Can the H90 tubes be replaced? They look too short and I probably would like to mount this on the bottom of my PC as they have 140mm mounting holes. If this is not possible then my rear exhaust is only 120mm mounting holes. Does this mean I cannot use the H90 and have to go with an H50 or something? If so, I think the cooling effect would be much less effective for my Haswell CPU. The H90 gets good reviews.

no without modding which of course voids the warranty...
