rohitvats
Just installed H100i in a new build. Connected both fans to the pump using the provided cable. But, one of the fans doesn't seem to be getting controlled by Link and it always runs at full speed (extremely loud). The other fan is getting controlled correctly and is running at lower speeds. I tried connecting the first (uncontrollable) fan using the second cable, but that also has no effect. Consair Link says only one fan is connected (1 of 4). The fans are 4 pin ones, so I am assuming they are PWM. Any advise on how to resolve this issue will be appreciated. For now, I have disconnected the problematic fan, and am running with just one fan.

Hello rohitvats, If you have already tried with the second cable and it still has the same results, it is very likely that it could be a defective fan. Please submit a RMA and we will be more than happy to replace the fan for you.
