snfo
So, my cooling node was working properly and, for no apparent reason, all fans connected to the cooling node stopped spinning. After a reinstall of corsair link software, the node does not recognize any fans but recognizes all the temperature sensors. Changing the fans to other connector did not help. Tried with a PWM fan from my H100i with no luck. Fans are now at 0 RPM, when booting the computer they spin for a while then go to 0 RPM. Link software is recognizing the node Any idea? wytnyt
do the fans make a split second attempt to spin up? if so,cooling node is bad.
snfo
They spin when booting. So, I have to RMA. Oh well.

wytnyt
your welcome buy an extra, the additional thermals are a nice perk and if a node fails again you can fall back on that one besides you may get another fan in the future that you may wanna control;):

iigx
OK so I have just invested a great deal in Corsair equipment... H80i, AX1200i, 600D Case, 8 x SP120 Fans, the corsair lightining and cooling kit, an extra lighting LED pack. Will the Cooling kit be even able to control the case fans in the 600D and the 8 x SP120's that will be cooling my 480mm radiator??

wemdee
So, in a act of "what a hell" I've re-flashed the cooling node and now its working. :D: Yeah. My enermax fans did the same thing on the stock firmware. I had to reflash them nodes every few weeks to get the fans going again. The current firmware seems to work ok though. (knock on wood :D: )
GendoIkari
I have had the same problem, and just reorganized the inside of my case. I had to swap the fans around on the cooling nodes yet again after I thought I finalized my setup to get them to all spin up and stayed spin up. iigx
The SP120's came with 3 pin cables. I have submitted an RMA to Corsair for 4 pin PWM fans.
