Ticket #6023171

Hi, Could someone get back to me regarding this issue (Ticket #6023171). I had a reply email stating I would be contacted within 8 hours. It has been well over 24 hours but I am yet to get a reply.

 

I can not check the ticket status as I keep getting this message: Error: Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page.

I am sorry but not quite what that means, it is 8 Business Hours, or 24 Hours one day. You will get a reply today.

You were issues a previous RMA 5663828, and the unit was never sent in according to the system. If it was replaced previously I would suggest using SKYPE and call the toll free number listed under 888-222-4346 and ask them to help you.

Thanks RAM GUY,

 

Thought customer support was on European time due to the RMA address.

 

They just contacted me.

 

Couple of quick questions though,

 

If I add a comment to the ticket, will support be informed of it and reply to me? and any idea how long it will take for them to reply to tickets comments?

Yes, if you reply to 6023171 they will be informed that it has a response. Please note that we're closed on Monday due to a national US holiday and as such they won't see it until Tuesday. They'll also have an extra day of tickets to deal with and as such it may take longer than 24 hours.

Hi RAM GUY/ Technobeard,

The last update I received on my ticket was this message:

Your inquiry has been forwarded to our EU Receiving department for further assistance.

If you can, please could one of you guy's please drop a message into the EU Receiving department for me just asking them to update the ticket for me, so I know how long I have to wait.
