RMA enquiry, ticket 6021819

Hi, i opened the RMA above on tuesday, i paid for the express service and was told that i would receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours. I had no way of adding notes to the RMA at that time, since then i have been able to update the RMA, which i needed to do as i realized i had provided a slightly different model.

Anyway, I haven't had the shipping notification or an update on my ticket (checked via logging in). As i have only 10 days to return the failed PSU my time is running out.
