flashcrew Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Hello RAM GUY, I submitted a request to replace the fans (3-pin) on my H100i as they emit some high pitch noise. The unit is working fine other than high pitch noise. The firmware is untouched since I bought it. I don't want to update it yet because I figured out that the latest update on firmware 1.05 only applies for 4-pin PWM fan installed on the cooler.I already submitted a ticket and still waiting for reply. flashcrew Posted May 23, 2013 Author Share Posted May 23, 2013 Thanks RAM GUY. I just received an email now asking me to return my H100i. My cooler is not faulty at all just the noisy fans that needs to be replace by 2 4-pin PWN fans. Do I need to send the fans first? I will not be able to use my system for now until I get my new fans or the whole cooler back. What I have to do next for the RMA process?
