From what I can see from the ticket notes, customer service only stated that they had requested a prepaid label as of 5 hours AFTER this thread was created, and that it would take 1-2 business days to create.

 

Did you previously call them?

I called last Friday and then again Tuesday both times they said I would be emailed one and still nothing. It like they say one thing and do nothing.

I am sorry but all we can do is send them another message for you which has been done or you can call them I am sure they requested one for you but it may not have been processed yet. But I would check your spam folder to be sure its not been sent and just blocked by your email client
