AlphaLiving Posted May 23, 2013 Author Share Posted May 23, 2013 Thanks for the response Ram Guy. However, I am still somewhat confused. I received two emails, one indicating my product replacement request was approved and I should receive a follow up shipping confirmation email, and another stating my RMA has been processed which asks me to send back my faulty part. From what I've gathered replacement fan controllers just get sent out, so is sending the faulty one completely necessary? (not to mention the hassle).
