Ethanfitzgerald Posted May 17, 2013 Share Posted May 17, 2013 I have recently submitted a RMA request for my GS700 PSU because the fan is really noisy when playing games I got an email saying that a customer service representative will respond within 8 business hours....It's been a couple of days now and still no reply? Ethanfitzgerald Posted May 21, 2013 Author Share Posted May 21, 2013 I have sent my RMA package via UPS However after sending I've realised that I've got 2 different address numbers on the package now I was told to put a label on from Corsair then another from the shipping company The only difference is that one label says Veluwezoom 50 and the other Veluwezoom 60 but they are both on the package with the RMA number and everything I hope I've not messed things up?
