jawline
I got my K70 on friday and I'm finding that the responsiveness of the keys that control the back lighting are quite unresponsive ( I have to push them right in) I'm finding this quite annoying as I'm often having to double take when I try to adjust the lighting after tapping it once does not work. Is anybody else getting this/is it fixable. ( To clarify, I'm referring to the LED control, the back light control and the lock key embedded into the top of the keyboard )
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 20, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 20, 2013 It should feel no different than the other buttons (like the Windows lock or Dimmer). If its feeling the way you described, put in a RMA request and we'll get it exchanged for you.
jawline
What I meant was that all three buttons feel a little unresponsive. Occasionally miss me pressing them if I'm coming down from a slight angle on them (Say, not pushing down dead centre ). Nothing I would RMA over just a bit annoying as I find myself playing with the backlight a lot depending on the time of day/what I'm doing
jawline
Looking at the keyboard a bit more, on the left hand side the metal body of the keyboard seems to lift away from the plastic slightly which it does not do on the right. Attached are photos of the left and right sides for comparison? Is this correct/could the slight lift be causing my issue? Just a thought http://imageshack.us/g/28/photo20130521174111.jpg/ Any support is appreciated. Thanks
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 21, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 21, 2013 I can't tell you if that is causing the issue. Try to push it in place - does it move at all?
jawline
Pushing it doesn't shift it at all, it is only a slight raise but it is noticeable different to the other side. This is becoming more irritating the more I fiddle, whilst I may well be being pedantic the lack of response if I come at the buttons from an angle. I have to be pretty firm with it and find myself often missing it. This is an example of how roughly how deep I can push it without getting any reaction. I have to push it pretty hard to get a response sometimes.

jawline
My ticket number is 6022771 It's such a subtle problem sometimes that I almost feel I am being pedantic. But after spend a premium price for a keyboard it seems important to have everything working properly. Thanks

jawline
Hiya, Just got an email from UPS stating that the tracking label has been created. Do I need to do anything on my end or will they just swing around to pick the keyboard up? Thanks. (P.S. You support guys have been absolutely brilliant so far)
