I have 14 May, a RMA opened for my AX850 and only get a ticket number to this day. The number is 6018070th Now what is there in the e-mail of 8 hours, these have long been around but it does nothing. Thanks for any help.

It does not show we have received it in the system yet, which is not uncommon if it was just received it is likely that it has not been processed in our system yet but when it is they will send an email stating that it has been received
