The statement of a replay is 8 Business hours which means since we are not open on Saturday or Sunday we have till about 12;00 Noon on Monday to reply to you and that has been done. Their hours of operation are M-F, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time). After i didnt got any answers by corsair anymore i waited 2 weeks for an answer but i dont get it.... I will never buy anything from corsair again if they dont answer me!
